Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post mentioned below tenable at the Office of the Deputy District Commissioner – Mabutsane

 

VACANCY: Office Cleaner

SALARY/SCALE: A3 (P27, 360 – P31 260) per annum

LEAVE: 20 working days per annum

BENEFITS:

1. Optional contributory medical aid scheme (Government pay 50% and employee 50%)
2. Contributory Pension Fund Government pays 15% and Employee 5%)

 

QUALIFICATIONS: PSLE

AGE: 18-45 Years

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To clean offices, toilets, conference room, windows, dusting colling, furniture top to bottom and cleaning the surrounding of the buildings.
2. Making tea for meetings
3. Prepares and organizes venue for meetings
4. Collects and ensures state custody and availability of cleaning materials, and reports any inadequacies to the supervisor
5. Washes and Irons linen used
6. Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
