Gafoor Investments (Pty) Ltd is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER. The Group is situated at Plot 55735, Block 10, Gaborone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee trading and operations for locations within a given region.
  • Work closely with general managers to ensure goals are met.
  • Expanding of the retail store.
  • Installations of the computer and network systems.
  • Staff development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of at least over 10 years’ experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record in business expansion, P&L Management, Team Leader, and Merchandise Planning.
  • Diploma Qualification in Management.
