Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects across 20+ restaurants, ensuring compliance with brand standards, quality, and service excellence.
Drive sales growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making, rigorous performance tracking, and continuous process optimisation.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to uphold and elevate brand standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, franchise partners, and senior leadership to execute strategies in menu development, promotional activities, and market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field; a postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of Botswana labour laws, supply chain logistics, and franchise business operations.
10-15 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations management, preferably within a franchise or QSR environment.
Proven success in managing 10+ outlets with full P&L responsibility, KPI oversight, and team leadership.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute operational plans aligned with business goals.
Operational Agility: Expertise in managing high-pressure environments and problem solving.
People Management: Skilled in motivating teams, conducting performance reviews, and resolving employee relations matters.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, variance analysis, and driving key profitability metrics.
Customer Focus & Problem-Solving: Dedicated to enhancing customer experience and proactively addressing operational issues.
