Operations Manager at Water Africa (Pty) Ltd
Water Africa (Pty) Ltd, a prominent company in the water industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead our operations department to new heights of success. This Senior Position will be based at our headquarters in Maun, Botswana.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage a staff complement of 50 employees or more, including the operations team, shops and warehouse, to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
•Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
•Analyse data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational processes.
•Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and effectiveness.

•Prepared to work and live in Maun, Botswana

Qualifications:

•Degree in Business Administration, or Operations Management
•At least 15 years experience in a management role with a minimum of 10 years in an operational position
•Minimum of 5 years experience in hardware/retail management
•Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing
•Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and driving results.
