- Strategy & Business Growth: Define the company’s long-term vision and implement a robust 3-year growth plan to firmly position the brand at the intersection of premium woodwork designs and smart-systems manufacturing.
- Leadership & Management: Manage and administer all Woodland Homes branches, ensuring consistent standards, performance, and customer experience across locations.
- Operations & Project Delivery: Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary workforce, seamlessly managing designers, factory production managers, project managers, electricians, AV integrators.
- Client & Technical Consulting: Spearhead high-value, pre-sales technical consultations and cultivate relationships with elite residential and commercial clients.
- Team Building & Standards: Recruit, mentor, and scale top-tier technical and creative talent, including carpenters, electricians, graphic designers, Sales and Marketing, procurement and advanced AV technicians.
- Sales, Marketing & Risk Management: Lead competitive proposals for large-scale integrated projects. Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring precise contract coverage regarding system scopes, Intellectual Property (IP), warranties, supply chain logistics, and long-term service SLAs.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in a senior Strategic/leadership/executive role leading teams across technical, operational, and commercial departments.
- Project Execution: A proven, verifiable track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary manufacturing or integration projects from conception to finish, managing commercial negotiations, contracts, and business partnerships on time and within budget is strictly essential.
- Qualifications: Certification in Interior Design/drawing/Arts, Management, Carpentry, Architecture, Graphic Design, Sales & Marketing, Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering or closely related fields will be an added advantage.
