Key Responsibilities

• Operate Paper Machine & Pulp Mill.
• Maintain records of Paper Machines, Pulp Mills, Process Spares, Consumptions, and Productions, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and well disciplined.
• Support the Shift In Charge and related departments for smooth running of the plant.
• Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
• Willing to work overtime and shift duties.

Requirements

• GCE 3 Grade or equivalent.
• 8 years’ working experience in any reputed Paper Mill as Operator.
• Experience required in both Paper Machine and Pulp Mill.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Commissioning, Operation, Trouble shooting, and operate the paper plant independently.
• Experience required both in mould machine and wire machines.
