Key Responsibilities
- Operate Paper Machine & Pulp Mill.
- Maintain records of Paper Machines, Pulp Mills, Process Spares, Consumptions, and Productions, etc.
- Must be self-motivated and well disciplined.
- Support the Shift In Charge and related departments for smooth running of the plant.
- Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
- Willing to work overtime and shift duties.
Requirements
- GCE 3 Grade or equivalent.
- 8 years’ working experience in any reputed Paper Mill as Operator.
- Experience required in both Paper Machine and Pulp Mill.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Commissioning, Operation, Trouble shooting, and operate the paper plant independently.
- Experience required both in mould machine and wire machines.
