MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The incumbent must:

• possess a Certificate in Law or Diploma in Lawfrom a recognized institution;
• should have minimum experience of 2 years in administration role or law firm environment;
• be conversant with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook;
• have investigative mind and strong research skills;
• have strong verbal and written communication skills;
• be organized and have good time-management skills; and
• possess a valid driver’s license (Class B).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• conducting legal research and drafting reports;
• maintaining and organizing files/document management;
• scheduling meetings and responding to telephone and email queries;
• organizing attorneys diaries; and
• assisting with filing and follow up of documents at Deeds.
