Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide advanced life support within scope of practice
- Assess, triage, stabilise and manage acutely ill and injured patients
- Administer medications and interventions per protocol
- Safely transport and hand over patients to receiving facilities with clear documentation

Requirements
- Qualification in Emergency Medical Care / Paramedicine from a recognised institution.
- Current registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Registration at the appropriate emergency-care level
- Proven pre-hospital emergency-care experience
- Advanced life-support certification (desirable)
- Experience in inter-facility critical-care transport (desirable)
