PASTOR – BIBLE LIFE MINISTRIES

VACANCY 

We are looking for a spiritual, self-motivated and visionary Clergy to fill the position of a Pastor at our Palapye Branch. The person will closely work with the Headquarters Leadership Team and vast experience in dealing with congregational needs is essential.

Position Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of a diploma in Biblical or Ministerial Studies.

• Must have qualified in Biblical Leadership programmes.

• Must hold references in Pastoral experience of at least 9 years.

• Must have a born again Christian experience.

• Must embrace the beliefs of Evangelical, Pentecostal and Charismatic truths documented in the church statement of faith.

• Must have trained in Botswana (Ministry Training School will be added advantage).

• Must have served in a leadership position for 9 years with apostolic and prophetic oversight.

• Must be familiar with and have personal experience with the church planting Kingdom approach.

• Must be a seasoned teacher of the Bible with lecturing experience.

• Must have knowledge of project management.

• Knowledge in multimedia an added advantage.

Interpersonal Skills

• Exhibit and practice good listening and communication skills.

• Foster deep relationship with the families within the scope of the church body.

• Exhibit skill in dealing with culturally diverse congregation.

• Must be familiar with the use of technology.

Accountability

• Reports to the founding leader of Bible Life Ministries at the Headquarters in Gaborone.
