Nando’s is looking for a dynamic and focused individual seeking to be part of a winning team in a growing company as:

PAYROLL OFFICERS x2

Duties:

To ensure that the payroll system is maintained with integrity and kept up to date to ensure complete compliance to the Nando’s operational standards and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

•Assist with recruitment and selection processes
•Maintaining all personnel files and documentation
•Processing of the payroll in the VIP and ERS systems
•Processing of the Pension matters on the VIP system
•Preparing monthly salaries
•Generating salaries reports
•Manage and prepare all HRDC daim processes
•Train on payroll functions
•Update H.R policies related to payroll function
•Any other duties

 

Qualifications & Experience

The applicant must possess at least 2 or 3 years working experience, knowledge of HR functions, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, as well as a valid driver’s license.
Two of the selected candidates will be based in Gaborone.
