Yerushalmi Diamond Cutting and Polishing company is seeking to recruit a competent and committed candidate for the following positions

1). PRODUCTION MANAGER – Must be well versed in all pipeline requirements, Import and Export and also stock controlling system.

Minimum Requirements:

– Minimum 15 Years working experience in training new artisans in the cutting and polishing of Diamonds
– MUST have Established supervisory and leadership skills with operational efficiency and productivity
– Able to meet production levels whilst maintaining quality standards
– Promote and maintain a team environment that encourages employees to get engaged in the operations and take ownership of tasks
– Provide leadership and guidance and overall direction for supervisors and workers to successfully meet or exceed production targets
– Knowledge and experience of entire factory operations process and management associated with diamond cutting and polishing business
– Excellent operational knowledge in Dialit auto, Discron Optimus, Quazer Galaxy, Synowa and Davinc machineries.
– Sound Knowledge in planning and GIA standards
– Fluent in spoken and written English
– Established supervisory and leadership skills with operational efficiency and productivity
