Introduction
The role holder will be responsible for supporting, planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the Office of the CEO.

•Ensuring efficient and effective management of the CEO office, acting as a central touch point for the leadership team
•Business planning / organization of specific business unit reviews and meetings
•Driving the preparation of Business Development Updates / Customer Updates to the Executive committee and Board and ensuring appropriate content / materials are prepared for highly sensitive topics / meetings
Key Task & Accountabilities
To include:
•Drive and manage prioritization of CEO’s incoming information (to include: written reports, Exco & Board documents, external events / opportunities) including: reviewing correspondence to determine relative prioritization, delegating where appropriate, providing recommended actions and providing briefings and analysis for the CEO’s consideration. Responsible to follow up where necessary to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
•Central point of contact for Executive Team, Strategic Leadership Team, Extended Leadership Team and a key contact within SA for MEA Management team on high level.
•Manage CEO’s calendar to ensure agenda is driven to make best use of CEOs time e.g. relevancy of meetings with respect to strategy, key business unit reviews, travel, current issues and internal and external market facing activities.
•Provide meeting support to the CEO, including:
oManage and co-ordinate all governance and operational aspects of the Weekly & Monthly Meetings, e.g. driving the agenda / management of topics, timely delivery of materials / briefings, and monitoring follow up actions coming out of them
oTo partner with Exco team to design and develop appropriate material/slide-ware (talking points, briefing, etc) for presentational use by the CEO at regular and ad-hoc internal and external: meetings, seminars, public events, etc
oBuild, develop and maintain the corporate calendar
•Monitor quality of internal and external communications of the CEO by liaising closely with Marketing & Comms (e.g., letters to employees, Quarterly reporting, Employee meetings, messages to the Board, Investor Relations etc) to ensure clarity and consistency across all messages
•Participate and support in driving key projects on the CEOs behalf stemming from Group initiatives or critical action points from executive meetings.
•Coordination of Business Development updates to the CEO

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
•Graduate Degree or equivalent preferred
•5+ years experience in business support, admin functions and project management preferably in a Financial Services context
• Full Microsoft office suite competent
•Solid experience in working with senior executives / CEO level
•Experienced in building and managing relationships on senior executive level
•Relevant experience in leveraging various enterprise functions for delivering GI priorities
•Strong network in to the wider Bryte Risk Services and Insurance community
Knowledge
•High energy, flexible and able to confidently navigate ambiguity whilst easily adapting to multiple and shifting priorities
•Very good understanding of the Bryte Risk Services business
•Knowledge of budget processes
Technical Skills
•Solid experience in working in ambiguous environments and diverse global stakeholder networks
•Ability to work independently yet also a very effective team player
•Highly self driven personality and ability to think ‘out of the box’ and raise the bar
•High personal maturity to interact with senior people within GI and wider Bryte Risk Services organization
•Ability to build credibility quickly with key internal and external audiences
•Credibility to work across multiple organizations, functions and geographies

•Strong program management and change management skills
•Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate persuasively across all levels
