Job Title: PHARMACY TECHNICIAN (Circular No. 01 of 2026)

Role Purpose: To perform functions of pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interprets analyses prescriptions and dispenses medicines.
2. Participates in drafting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) for delivery of pharmaceutical services and patient care.
3. Compiles records on expired medicines, samples, chemicals, re-agents, related substances and tested samples for safe disposal.
4. Participates in Health Talks (Departmental presentations).
5. Undertakes continuous professional Development.
6. Attends workshops.
7. Receives samples of medicines and related substances.

Requirements

Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or equivalent.

Salary

C4/3 (P108,444.00 – P150,852.00 per annum)
