Portfolio Manager – Risk

Shape the future of credit risk management. Lead portfolio analysis, IFRS9 ECL modelling, and stress testing to strengthen financial resilience. Work closely with senior leadership, providing insights that influence strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics (FRM/CFA/PRM an advantage) plus 5-7 years’ experience in credit risk or portfolio management are required.

Manager – Collections

Take charge of debt recovery and protect financial integrity. Lead a team in developing proactive collection strategies that minimise losses and maximise recoveries. Engage directly with clients, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable repayment solutions. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Business, with 8 years’ experience (5 in Collections Management) is required. A Master’s or Credit Professional Accreditation will be an added advantage.
