Salary Scale: C1 (166, 344 – 197, 892) per annum
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in General nursing, qualification in
Experience: 3 years of experience as Senior Registered
Nurse
Duties & Responsibilities:
All duties related to a busy district hospital.
- Accountable for nursing practice in his/her nursing unit that is within a stipulated legal and ethical framework given by both Botswana Government and Nursing Midwifery Council of Botswana
- Provides leadership role by identifying problem areas in the unit/ward, initiates, develops, ensures implementation of both general and specific standards for nursing practice, in order to improve nursing care and maintain quality practice.
