Key Responsibilities

- Manages, directs and coordinates the functions of the Roads Division to ensure effective and efficient roads project implementation.
- Supervises and guides subordinates in accordance with set standards.
- Liaises with Economic Planning Division on the preparation of Capital Budget for development projects.
- Provides technical advice on all roads related matters to key stakeholders.
- Coordinates the preparations of road designs and specifications to ensure adherence to codes and standards for implementation of projects.
- Coordinates tender documentation for Roads contracts by monitoring the various tender stages to ensure conformance to standards, specifications, tender procedures and regulations for effective projects implementations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience of which two (2) years must have been served as Principal Roads Engineer II-D3 salary scale.
- Candidates must be registered (Professional Engineer) with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and have a valid practicing certificate.
- Full name, address and date of birth.

- Certified copy of Omang and at least two recent (12 months old or less) work related references.
- Brief Summary of careers with duties (CV).
- Attach proof of registration and valid practicing certificate from Engineers Registration Board.

Salary
D2 – (P337,008 – P371,628) per annum
