Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Processing team to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operation.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and optimise PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, automation and VSD systems.
- Perform planned and corrective maintenance, calibration and fault finding on critical process equipment.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ, food-safety, statutory and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with Production to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Lead and coach the Processing team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or NCC in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering field
- Relevant experience in processing control, instrumentation, automation and manufacturing maintenance
- Basic language, writing and numerical ability
- Fully bilingual in Setswana and English.
- Physically strong and healthy and willing to work in a cold environment
- Must be prepared to work overtime, shifts and on Sundays and Public holidays
