 PROCUREMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for procurement process optimization in order to increase efficiencies and cost saving initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective service level agreements with service providers in order to optimise turnaround times and cost savings.
• Managing and operationalising existing company leases and insurance portfolios so that the company can derive value from the lease.
• Implement efficient inventory management processes to ensure cost savings on operational costs such as vehicle repairs, equipment maintenance and availability of critical agents.
• Establish efficient and effective messenger services (courier services, office collections stamp, deliveries) for the company.
• Effective records management to ensure safe keeping and accessibility to information/records.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Administration, Management or any related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in order to collaborate with service providers and stakeholders.
