Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) is offering challenging opportunities for suitably qualified individuals for the following position tenable at Head Office:

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Main purpose of the job:

To organise, manage, supervise and control the provision of support services including procurement of goods and services. The role ensures the cost effective delivery of property management and maintenance services to meet customer expectations and service delivery standards

The position reports to Head – Finance

Key Performance Areas:

1. Efficient procurement
2. Management of budget
3. Availability of office services, requisites and equipment
4. Effective contract management

Position Requirements:

Education: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain management/Logistics or related discipline Business or related area or equivalent.

Professional: CIPS Level 6

Experience: At least five years’ experience in procurement, delivery of office support services which must have included supplies and facilities management of which at least two years must be at managerial level
