- Must have a Degree in Science, Commerce or Engineering
- Diploma / PG Diploma in Computer Applications
- Should be certified in 4iR Technologies like AI / ML / DL / IoT / BlockChain
- Minimum work experience of 25 years in the business software industry
- Minimum work experience of 15 years in Project / Delivery Manager role
- Should have worked in at least four (4) Oracle EBS projects in Healthcare Domain.
- Should possess experience in HL7, HIPPA, ICD10, Smart Manufacturing & Smart Logistics domain.
- Knowledge in Product Development and Management.
- Should have experience in leading technical team of Developers / Analysts / Software Engineers
- Possess experience in System design, planning, controlling, delegating & monitoring the development & implementation of a module/set of modules
- Prince 2 certified an added advantage.
