About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities across our estate and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing teams, ensuring quality and safety, and driving productivity to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and schedule daily construction tasks to ensure on-time delivery
– Manage labour, equipment, and materials efficiently
– Oversee quality control and adherence to specifications
– Control production costs and monitor project budgets
– Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance
– Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors
– Maintain production records and prepare progress reports
– Liaise with engineers, consultants, and project managers
– Identify and implement improvements to boost productivity

Requirements:

– Minimum 20 years’ experience in construction production management
– Proven experience in civil works, estate developments, or infrastructure projects
– Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
– A Diploma or Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
