ARONA NATURAL FOODS, (PTY) Ltd is a 100% citizen owned Botswana Manufacturer of Sunflower Cooking Oil and produces Bread and Confectionaries for international franchises. We are looking for suitably qualified, dynamic individuals to join our team for the roles of:
QUALITY MANAGER

The incumbent will be responsible for the following Key Performance Areas:

Manage quality assurance needs and budget for the quality unit requirements; Coordinate sampling plans and analysis, and provide reliable test results; Examine food samples to determine chemical, physical and microbiological properties; equipment calibration, validation and compliance; Manage HACCP and other regulatory frameworks; monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards; Develop quality tools, procedures, plans for production work flow; Manage all quality and food safety audits.
Requirements: 8 years ‘relevant post qualification in a similar business food manufacturing environment.
