The Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC), a statutory corporation in Property Development and Estates Management business invites applicants who are suitably qualified and have relevant experience for tie following position:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1 POSITION)

Main Purpose of the Job

To manage, plan, coordinate and supervise development projects and ensure that they are completed on time, in accordance with specifications, within budget, to customer s brief, statutory and environment standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Membership of a recognized professional institute.
• Minimum of six (6) years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying and supervision functions.
• Experience in the use of computer-based design and project management, applications will be an added advantage.
