VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Gaborone
Start Date: Immediate
Reports To: Commercial Director
Wharic Construction Pty Ltd, one of Botswana’s most respected names in the construction industry with a workforce of over 400 employees, invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Quantity Surveyor.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
* 10-15 years’ experience in the construction industry
* Proficiency in Candy software or related software is essential
* Membership with QSRS (Quantity Surveyors Registration Council) will be an advantage
KEY COMPETENCIES:
* Strong analytical and cost-control skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
* Proven experience in contract administration
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
