• Academic Requirements: BGCSE/ Receptionist certificate will be an added advantage
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Support the consultancy team with day-to-day operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident with computers and office software
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
