Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Agile Private Hospital Selibe Phikwe, your role involves collaborating with healthcare
professionals, implementing nursing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of patients. We are looking for a dedicated
individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the health of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
❖ Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
❖ Implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
❖ Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
❖ Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to provide updates on patient status.
❖ Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
❖ Provide guidance on post-discharge care and preventive health measures.
❖ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
❖ Adhere to documentation standards and privacy regulations.
❖ Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
❖ Implement measures to ensure patient and staff safety.
❖ Stay updated on nursing best practices, advancements in healthcare, and regulatory changes.
❖ Participate in continuing education programs and training sessions.

Qualifications:
❖ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
❖ Current registration with nursing and midwifery council in Botswana.
❖ 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
❖ Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
