Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and reconcile sales and receipts (campsite gates and online)
- Handle clerical duties such as answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Maintain and update reservation records in booking systems
- Coordinate with the Camp Manager or Supervisor to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare and issue booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation
- Provide professional customer service and clear communication to clients
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Previous work experience in reservations is a must
- Safari or hospitality industry background will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Must be willing to start immediately
