Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and reconcile sales and receipts (campsite gates and online)
  • Handle clerical duties such as answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Maintain and update reservation records in booking systems
  • Coordinate with the Camp Manager or Supervisor to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Prepare and issue booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation
  • Provide professional customer service and clear communication to clients

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Previous work experience in reservations is a must
  • Safari or hospitality industry background will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
