Key Responsibilities

• To develop, optimise, and manage the Forward Work Programme including identification and timing of all major interventions.
• Responsible for network performance (routine maintenance) programmes, pavement deterioration modelling and subsequent required risk analysis for the contractor.
• Handle any disputes or conflicts that arise during the project and facilitate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Execute any other morally reasonable assignments to meet the exigencies of service.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or any related field
• Valid ERB practising certificate
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Minimum of eight (8) years in managing the construction and maintenance of road networks, as well as road asset data collection and analysis.
