Scope of working environment:
A 5 star Lodge is seeking a highly experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the entire Rooms Division. This includes Front Office. Housekeeping, Laundry and Curio Shop departments. The person will be responsible for about 40 staff.
Job scope & Responsibilities
Responsible for all staff related issues in above mentioned departments. Ensuring constant training & upgrading in all departments. Promoting & insuring professional guest relations are maintained in all areas. Working in close conjunction with all departments to ensure guest information & request cw. in order to ensure high standard of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & attributes
General computer literacy, strong Financial & administrative skills. Formal Hospitality qualifications in Rooms Division and front Office. The applicant must have at least 10 years experience in the above mentioned departments in a senior managerial position, remote bush environment experience is essential Excellent guest relations skills are imperative Must be prepared to work flexi time & shifts.
