Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales and marketing functions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Oversee marketing initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Network with local and international companies to attract new business and opportunities.
• Travel extensively within and outside the country.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized Institution.
• Minimum of eight (8) years HANDS ON experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical Plant, Transformer Refurbishment and Manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of Procurement, Installation and Commissioning is a prerequisite.
• Certificate in Sales and/or marketing would be an added advantage.
• Experience in field services work or project-based contract, contract development and hands-on knowledge of growing the business.
• Technically competent in electrical products, machines, drives and services.
• Results-driven in order to lead and grow the sales and marketing functions.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing marketing initiatives, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, team building, communication and client handling skills.
• Work experience in an electrical company would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate and possess a clean driving license.
• Eager to work in a growing and demanding environment and keen on meeting deadlines.
