Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, locate, contact and pitch to potential clients in order to offer advertising services
• To achieve the set annual targets
• Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
• Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to customers for approval
• Sell online advertising space and opportunities to potential clients
• Draw up contracts for advertising work that is, estimates costs of advertising products or services campaians
Provide clients with quotes and keep track of pavments due
• Inform customers of available options for advertising artwork, and provide samples
• Prepare sales literature, marketing collateral, media kits and sales contacts
• Help clients timely with queries in an appropriate manner and to provide customer relationship management
• Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, events and training seminars in order to gather information, promote products and expand network of contacts
• Gather all relevant material for bid processes and coordinate bidding and contracts approval
• Any other relevant duties assigned to you by your Supervisor

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management
• A minimum of 2 vears work experience in a sales environment
• Substantial knowledge in the area of online advertising
