Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring efficient supply chain operations as you seamlessly perform, coordination between our raw material suppliers, processing facility, and customers. You’ll be responsible for customer recruitment and retention, managing inventory, logistics, and procurement to meet customer demands efficiently.

Additional Skills:

o Familiarity with meat processing raw material procurement.
o Budgeting and financial tracking experience.
o Performing risk and project management activities.
o Leading digital transformation processes

Qualifications & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Any commercial professional qualification will be an added advantage.
•More than 15 years of combined FMCG industry experience in
supply chain management, sales management, internal control management, budgeting, planning, forecasting and analysis functions is required.
