Sales & Marketing Manager – RIC Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure that our developmental vision and related growth in finances are optimally achieved. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales team, revenue growth, market growth as well as RIC Brand awareness.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drawing the sales budget and year on year revenue outlook
• Planning, resourcing and executing marketing activations and events
• Utilizing data to drive sales and brand awareness
• Participating in product pricing process and ensuring agreements are concluded timeously
• Measuring; monitoring and providing feedback on sales and performance
• Advising on the look & feel of upcoming developments
• Monitoring departmental income and expenditure
• Formulating relationships with key stake holders
• Preparing sales reports
• Advanced ability to keep property investors and executive management updated
• In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements
• Ability to resolve contract related enquiries, liaise with the development team, as well as to supervise a sales team
• Carry out periodic market research and produce reports
• Managing website and social media

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate from an accredited institution
• A member of REAC & REIB with good standing Accreditation
• At least five (5) years experience of which three (3) should had been in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in real estate management reporting templates
• Experience in market analysis and developing market survey reports
• Must be computer literate and possess a valid drivers license
• Be willing to work beyond the call of duty
