Westwood International School is an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School committed to developing inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people. We strive to create a nurturing learning environment that supports both the academic and emotional growth of our students.
The successful candidate will join our Student Support Team to provide dedicated and compassionate support to students across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide social-emotional, academic, and behavioral support and teaching to students across the school
- Offer individual and group counseling
- Assist students with academic, behavioral, and personal challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the leadership team to implement appropriate interventions and support plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
