Requirements

• A minimum Junior Certificate (Form 3) or equivalent (BGCSE/IGCSE preferred).
• A minimum of one (1) year security experience preferred; mining/industrial site experience will be advantageous.
• Registration/compliance with applicable Botswana private security regulatory requirements (as applicable to employer/PSIRA-equivalent local authority).
• Basic first aid (Level 1) will be advantageous.
• Firefighting awareness will be advantageous.
• A valid Driver’s license will be advantageous.
• Medically and physically fit for patrol duty, long hours and outdoor conditions (heat/dust).
• Good communication skills and a high level of integrity.
• No criminal record.
• Observation, communication, basic report writing, radio discipline, basic computer literacy (advantage).
