1. Senior Audit Managers and Associate Director
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least ten years audit experience within a “Big Four” audit firm. He / She must be a Fellow of the Botswana Institute of Accountants and/or ACCA/CIMA and be eligible to be issued with a Practising Certifi-cate from the BIA or equivalent. The candidate should take prima-ry responsibility for a portfolio of clients, i.e. providing assurance services in line with client expectations, maintaining a good level of relationships with clients and other stakeholders, managing au- dit teams, taking responsibility for the performance management prerequisite, and development of team members and managing engagement profitability. In addition, the candidate must have had extensive experience in managing and controlling an audit department for Role and functions: a Big Four firm

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the process of managing client engagements, including in-depth understanding of business environment, client ex-pectations, use of professionals such as IT auditors, forensics, IFRS specialists, etc to ensure engagement is delivered in line with Firm’s methodology and International Auditing Standards, preparation of team members and timeline for completion of engagement within deadlines set by client and/or group auditors;
• Create an environment in which everybody is committed to External Perspective generating knowledge and to sharing it effectively, so that indi-viduals can access appropriate information in order to provide clients with outstanding services and solutions.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members to enhance the effectiveness of client deliverables and service;
• Managing engagement profitability, including timely comple-tion of timesheets, expenses, billings to clients and collection thereof;

Skills & competencies required for this position:
The ideal candidate should be competent in the following areas: Time management, Presentation skills, Interpersonal relationships
• Business writing. Coaching and mentoring, Negotiation skills, regulatory universe/require Oral and Verbal Communication, including effective listening skills.
Methodology In addition to IFRS is essential.
