- Must be a Senior Lecturer and holder of PhD in Business Management or related fields.
- Must have at least 10 research outputs in peer reviewed referred journals and at least 3 of these publications must be produced within the past 5 years.
- Registration with BQA as a trainer, assessor and moderator is a requirement.
