Applications are invited from suitably qualified Botswana Government Employees appointed on Permanent and Pensionable basis for the below mentioned post tenable in the City of Francistown Council. To perform simple road surveys for maintenance, planning and designs including gravel prospecting and routine of road projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies road defects for further maintenance and repairs.
- Supervises and guides subordinates in accordance with set standards.
- Conducts traffic count numeration and processes data into information necessary for redesign of existing roads.
- Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- QUALIFICATION: Certificate in Highway Engineering or related field.
- EXPERIENCE: At least two (2) years as Senior Technical Assistant II- B1 scale.
- Full names and contact numbers.
- Qualifications supported by certified copies of original certificates.
- Certified copy of Omang and two (2) work related references of not more than twelve (12) months.
- Detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
