Senior Technician/ Foreman – Commercial Motors Pty Ltd

Commercial Motors, a subsidiary of the Sefalana Group of companies and Motor Dealership TATA, MAN and HONDA, has an opportunity for the following post. The position is tenable at Commercial Motors, Broadhurst Industrial, Gaborone.

 Position : Senior Technician/ Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise on repairs of MAN, TATA and HONDA vehicle models
• Supervise a team of Technicians
• Render technical advise to Technicians and Assistants
• Ensure adherence to quality control

 

Desired Experience, Qualification and Education

• An ambitious and dy namic person of sound technical knowledge, with a proven track record is sought. The applicant must be very serious about “ first time right” standards and must have a vast experience as a qualified Auto / Diesel Mechanic / Electrical Technician
• Should have working knowledge of MANCATS or similar diagnostic tools

 

• Customer oriented and good communication skills
• Should be able to assist with vehicle handovers and driver training
• Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a Senior position
• Experience and qualifications on brands such as TATA and, or MAN will be an added advantage
• Must be experienced and have working knowledge in Microsoft Office products
• Must have heavy duty drivers’ license
