Service Advisor – Heavy Plant Equipment

A leading plant equipment dealership, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor with expertise in telematic systems to join our growing aftersales team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role (plant, automotive, or related industry).
• Hands-on experience with telematics & remote monitoring systems.
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent products for reporting and coordination.
• A technical/mechanical background will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ICR equipment & technologies will be a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for service and maintenance matters.
• Monitor and interpret equipment data via proprietary telematics software.
• Coordinate service schedules and workshop jobs for maximum efficiency.
• Provide technical support and preventative maintenance advice to clients.
• Liaise with technicians, administrators, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
