SERVICE/WORKSHOP MANAGER

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our technical workshop. As a hands-on candidate you will be responsible for managing field and workshop technicians, ensuring the timely completion of service tasks, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing workflow efficiency. You will plan and coordinate workshop activities, schedule maintenance and repair work, order parts and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly. Strong interpersonal skills are also imperative in this role, in order to manage and deliver excellent customer experiences. Ideal candidates have:

• Minimum 10-years’ experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role.

• Strong technical background in mechanical or automotive fields.

• City & Guilds or similar qualification with recognised apprenticeship training.

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in workshop management software.

SALES PERSONNEL

We are looking for experienced Salespersons to be responsible for marketing and selling our range of tractors to farmers, agricultural businesses, and other related clients. This role also entails cross-selling implements and equipment, in addition to tractors, as this is key in the overall sales strategy. You will develop a thorough understanding of Massey Ferguson tractors and equipment, and you will identify potential customers through research, networking and field visits, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, assess customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. You will also provide accurate quotations, financing planning and options, negotiate and closes sales. Ideal candidates have:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Agriculture, Business or equivalent.

• 5+ years’ experience as salesperson for tractors and agriculture implements.

• Familiarity with Massey Ferguson or equivalent tractor brands and agriculture implements.

• Experience with DMS and Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
