Key Responsibilities

• Executing construction works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Setting out and level control.
• Supervising subcontractors and site labour.
• Ensuring quality control, coordinating inspections with consultants and authorities.
• Monitoring daily progress and productivity and supporting site management with planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Registered with ERB as a Registered or Professional Engineer.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer.
• Proven experience in site-based construction, buildings (residential, high-rise), civil and infrastructure works (roads, utilities and drainage).
• Experience working with main contractors or consultants.
• Basic understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC).
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Registration with Project Management Professional and PRINCE 2 will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Basic planning and scheduling awareness, quantity tracking and material take-off.
