Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- **Site Engineer:**
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in bituminous paved roadways and roadworks construction;
- Registered with Botswana Engineer’s Registration Board as a Professional Engineer;
- Strong knowledge of road construction practices;
- Preference will be given to Botswana citizens.
- **Senior Surveyor:**
- Degree in Surveying or equivalent and a registered professional with the relevant regulatory body;
- At least 8 years of experience, including a working knowledge of surveying disciplines in construction of roads projects;
- Proven expertise in engineering surveys for road projects;
- Botswana citizens will be prioritized.
- **Technician x8 (all trades):**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in road and bridge construction and maintenance.
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of road construction materials, bridge structures, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software.
- **Chinese chef:**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Extensive knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
