Job description

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
• Recommend improvements to increase social media campaigns performance
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• Manage a budget for social media activities
• New customer aquisition and relationship management and content development

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Advertising/Social media
• Experience in working in a an Advertising/ Social Media agency an added advantage
• Excellent writing and people skills as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
