Job Vacancy: Sous Chef & Pastry Chef

LUXE AND COFFEE LOUNGE is expanding its culinary team and is seeking passionate, skilled, and creative individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
Contribute to menu planning and costing
Manage inventory and food storage

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience
Culinary certificate, Diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

1. Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality desserts, pasteries and baked goods
Innovate and update the dessert menu with seasonal offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
Ensure consistency and artistic presentation in all baked items

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience
Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
Culinary or pastry certification preferred
