Job Mission: To lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales targets and goals in order to increase new business and grow current business. Monitoring of all related sales policies and procedures, their effectiveness in the current business to assist in building a successful sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Develop, implement and attain sales objectives
- Manage and develop the team to meet/exceed new prospect sales and retention goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Ensure ongoing training of the whole sales team
- Prepare regular (monthly, quarterly and annual) reports
- Participate in sales cooperation, client/partner meetings and agreement negotiations
- Establish and maintain the relationships with strategic partners and customers
- Ensure customer service is at the highest levels and the brand is promoted
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of all products and services offered by the company
- Recommend strategies for improving operations of the sales department and image of the brand
