Job description
 Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure that they are
accurate and align with company needs.
 Monitor stock movements and ensure all incoming and
outgoing inventory is recorded accurately in inventory
management systems.
 Conduct regular stock audits to compare physical stock
with inventory records, identifying and resolving
discrepancies.
 Ensure proper organization and storage of goods in the
warehouse or stock areas, maintaining optimal conditions
for inventory.
 Generate and maintain detailed stock reports, including
stock levels, turnover, and any anticipated shortages.
 Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries,
and potential delays, ensuring smooth supply chain
management.
 Ensure smooth office operations, including managing
office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
 Organize and maintain important documents and records,
both physical and electronic.
 Manage relationships with external stakeholders,
including suppliers, vendors, and clients.
 Assist management with various administrative and
financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
 Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
Management or related fields.
 Previous experience in stock control, inventory
management, or office administration (1-3 years
preferred).
 Experience using stock management software
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
