DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Greeting customers and assisting with queries
– Reporting complains to a manager or supervisor
– Helping with deliveries
– Managing customer transactions
– Help to pursue customer to make a purchase
– Helping customer locate items and provide advice or recommendations

SKILLS
– Good communication skills
– Have interest in helping people
– Like working as part of a team
– well-presented, polite and tactful
– Can handle complains in a calm manner
– Have good IT skills
– Good numeracy skills
– Knowledge of fashion trends

REQUIREMENTS

– Track Records of Honesty and Loyalty
– Minimum of BGCSE, other qualifications will be an added advantages
– Customer Service or sale experience will be an added advantages
– Sober Habits
– Citizen of Botswana
– Aged between 18 -35 years
– Mental and Physically fit
