KGK DIAMONDS BOTSWANA (Pty) Ltd is a leading Diamonds company seeking to appoint a suitable candidate for the following positions:
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of technicians and maintenance staff
- Managing the installation, maintenance and calibration of advanced diamond machines.
- Developing technical skills within the team and ensuring proper knowledge transfer.
- Technical problem-solving
- Ensuring quality standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering
- At least 10 years minimum work experience in diamond cutting and polishing.
- Leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
